It is situated only 10 minutes stroll from the fabulous Caneiros Beach and its restaurant on stilts, and a few minutes drive into Ferragudo itself. The townhouse is spacious and is perfect for a family wishing to get away for a break in peaceful surroundings. There are two well appointed bedrooms, both with en-suite bath/shower rooms. Both bedrooms have balconies via patio doors, one of which has a table and chairs to enjoy the fabulous views to the mountains. The lounge/dining area is furnished with quality seating and table, and off the lounge through patio doors is a very spacious lower sun terrace which is extremely private. A large table with 6 chairs is supplied here for guests' enjoyment. The kitchen is very well equipped and also on the lower floor, is a separate WC/washbasin. There is a private space for car parking, immediately outside the front door.

Additional Info:	The house has recently been fitted with full Samsung air conditioning/heating/dehumidifier units in the lounge and 2 bedrooms which are available at an additional charge of £30 per week. The spacious lounge has a wood-burning fire which is more than sufficient to heat the whole of the lower floor during winter if necessary. The kitchen has been equipped with everything the present owners could think of for a comfortable stay. Towels are changed midweek, linen once weekly at no charge. A cot is available at no additional charge and there is a possibility of a Z Bed being supplied to sleep a child at a small extra cost. (This could mean 4 adults, a child and a baby in a cot).
