Beach is within walking distance of the villa (approx 15 - 20mins).
The apartment is equipped
to a high standard and all furnishings were brand new in 2004.
The apartment is located close to Casa
Laranja, Casa Helena and Casa
Louisa which, therefore, would make it suitable for a large
group who want to be accommodated together. It is located on a
small development in a quiet part of Ferragudo, surrounded by
open countryside.
The apartment is on
two levels. The Ground Floor has a kitchen, lounge/diner, double
bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom. The upper level has two twin
bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper bedrooms have no windows. The
apartment shares a communal pool with 3 other apartments.

Prices are for
6 persons. For each additional person add £50 per person
per week.
Prices
Prices are per apartment per week and include
all bed linen and towels and kitchen linen. Visitors are asked
to bring their own beach/pool towels to use outdoors. Maid service
is included 3 times per week. For bookings of two weeks or more
the villa is cleaned after the first week and all bed linen and
towels replaced.
Weekend bookings may be taken if the villa has not been booked
and the weekend is in Middle or Low Season.
Cot and high chair are available for hire locally.
Changeover Day
Changeover is normally Thursdays or Saturdays.
Other dates are available on request especially for the off season
and weekends.
